Monsanto Wrote The Law That Puts It Above The Law

'Last week we reported that a clause in a new finance bill passed by the United States congress would put Monsanto Corp, which holds a near monopoly position on the supply of genetically modified seeds for food crops would give Monsant immunity from prosecution should its products cause any harm to humans or the environment. People who observe the workings of modern politics with an objective and critical eye will not be surprised to learn that Monsanto was interumental in drafting the wording ofthe clause which has become known as The Monsanto Protection Act due to the clause hidden in the recently passed and signed Continuing Resolution spending bill . How could a major corporation write its own laws and regulations, you might well ask?

This blog may not be principally concerned with American political jiggery pokery but we have American readers and therefore it’s important to stress that the entire Senate passed the bill containing the Protection Act, but the politician who actually gave Monsanto the pen in order to write their very own legislation was a Republican Senator from Missourino named Roy Blunt. If he was british his name would already have become rhyming slang for a part of the female reproductive system.

The latest IB Times reveals the Missouri politician worked with Monsanto to write the Monsanto Protection Act. This was confirmed by many news reports (here's one example - for more search "Roy Blunt" Monsanto.'

Mainstream media New World Order hacks and Scientific Dictatorship shills online have turned this into the usual slanging match of left verses right, but a responsible news blog (which is what The Daily Stirrer hopes to be) should highlight the corruption and wrongdoing here regardless of political leanings. In the case of Senator Blunt, he admits to colluding with Monsanto, a corporation that has literally been caught running ‘slave-like’ working conditions in which workers are unable to leave or eat (among many worse misdeeds) and that has sued conventional farmers for allowing bees and other flying insects to cross pollinate it's Frakenstein Food crops with naturally propagated crops. They don't come any more creepy than Monsanto.

The Monsanto Protection Act and Blunt's involvement in it is one of the most blatant offenses against the citizens of the a developed nation ever but sadly is typical of what is going on all over the world. The interests of the voters Senator Blunt swore to serve are ruthlessly pushed aside as he serves his on financial interests. Granting Monsanto immunity from prosecution is not in the interests of the American citizens at all, and what has been done is a serious breach of trust. Naturally the Corporate fascist frioendly mainstream media has hardly mentioned this travesty and so the implications have not been properly understood by the public. The signing of this bill into law with the usual flourish and idiot grin by barack Hussein Obama, the New World Order houseboy means that Monsanto is now immune from federal courts regarding any suspension or action on their crops that have been deemed to be dangerous to the people (or the environment).

Wouldn't it be nice if such a concept as equality still existed and we could all get immunity - from speeding fines, parking tickets and having to papay taxes we don't like.

'My longest and most virulent comment threads since I started writing on the internet have been triggered by articles in which I questioned the methods of big Pharma in getting drugs and vaccines licenced for medical use. "You're not a scientists so you are not qualified to comment on science," was one of the regular themes. Those of us who have described the pharmaceutical industry as a "criminal racket" over the past two decades have been subjected to hate attacks, attention from hackers, libellous attempts to discredit us but in the end we have been vindicated.

Drug and vaccine manufacturer Merck has been caught red-handed by two of its own scientists faking vaccine efficacy data by spiking blood samples with animal antibodies. To their credit the virologists blew the whistle on their employer. Kudos to them but it isn't enought to make me revise my opinion of scientists, most of whom are greedy, self interested, glory seeking, self aggrandizing crooks and liars. OK, two showed great decency and a sense of honour but over the years how many have colluded with Merck's fraud and malfeasance?

GlaxoSmithKline has also just been fined a whopping $3 billion for bribing doctors, lying to the FDA, hiding clinical trial data and fraudulent marketing. $3 bilion is a lot of money so perhaps we should get a second opinion.

Pfizer, meanwhile has been sued by the nation's pharmacy retailers for what is alleged as an "overarching anticompetitive scheme" to keep generic cholesterol drugs off the market in order to boost its own profits.

The picture that's emerging is one of a criminal drug industry that has turned to mafia tactics in the absence of any real science that would prove their products to be safe or effective.' The emergence of this incontrovertible evidence of bribery, scientific fraud, deceiving regulators and practices intended to defraud and harm consumers is also making all those doctors and lovers of 'rational, evidence based, scientific thinking' who defended Big Pharma and vaccines and called us Conspiracy theorists eat their words.

To defend Big Pharma (or climate science or GM poisons) today is to defend a cabal of criminal corporations that have proven they will do absolutely anything and there is no depth to which they will not sink to keep their profits rolling in. It makes no difference who they have to bribe, what studies they have to falsify, or who has to be threatened into silence. They will stop at nothing to expand their profit base, even if it means harming (or killing) countless innocents. Corrupt governments and self serving politiians and public servants have made it so easy to steal taxpayer's money ethics have become irrelevant.

Unsurprisingly none of these cases have received massive coverage in msinstream media.

Hungary Destroys Monsanto's Genetically Modified Corn fields

Hungary is not a nation we hear much about in international news bulletins. Recently it has ben most in the news for electing a conservative government that has been prepared to stand up to the Euro Nazis of the E U and thwart the world domination ambitions of their New World Order paymasters. This has made the country a hate symbol for the useful idiots of the left who would have us all believe that the best way to protect our individual freedms is to succumb the the big Brother style dominance of an Oligarchic Collectivist regime. There have even been calls from fans of the single European superstate project for the E U to depose the hungarian government and replace it with a committee of appointed bureaucrats. All we learn from such activities is that the left has nothing but contempt for the democratic process when that process

We may all some to realise in the future that democracy owes Hungary a great debt for a stand it took recently. The Hungarian Government has made a courageous stand against biotech giant Monsanto and genetic modification by destroying 1000 acres of maize found to have been grown with genetically modified seeds. According to Hungary deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development Lajos Bognar the Monsanto G M seeds were imported into hungary illegally and to cultivate them was also illegal. Unlike many European Union countries, Hungary is a nation where genetically modified (GM) seeds are banned. In a similar stance against GM ingredients, Peru has also passed a 10 year ban on GM foods.

Almost 1000 acres of maize found to have been ground with genetically modified seeds have been destroyed throughout Hungary, deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development Lajos Bognar said. The GMO maize has been ploughed under, said Lajos Bognar, but pollen has not spread from the maize, he added.

Unlike several EU members, GMO seeds are banned in Hungary. The checks will continue despite the fact that seek traders are obliged to make sure that their products are GMO free, Bognar said. Though other E U nations have come under pressure from Monsanto, the United Nazis, Barack Hussein Obama (like it's anything to do with him, the jug eared streak of piss) and the academic community to remove legal requirements for clear labelling of G M crops, consumer groups have resisted this at national level which consumers totally reject G M products.

In 2008 Cyprus was a prosperous, happy, successful island nation. Then they joined the European Single Currency System and the Euro nazis forced them into debt slavery.

Before the nation joined the Euro single currency system in 2008, the Central Bank of Cyprus only allowed banks to use up to 30 per cent of their foreign deposits to support local lending. This precautionary measure was designed to prevent deposits from Greeks and Russians fuelling a bubble.

When Cyprus joined the single European currency it's own very sensible regulations were swept aside by E U regulations that were aimed at hastening the destruction of sovereign nations within the community and creating a single European superstate (called Greater Germany). Thanks to European one-nation obsessions, Greek and other Euro area deposits were reclassified as domestic, leading to €billions more local lending.

"The banks were considered super conservative," said Alexander Apostolides an economic historian at Cyprus' European University, a private university on the outskirts of Nicosia. When Lehman Brothers collapsed in the summer of 2008, most of the world's banks suffered in the fallout, but not Cyprus's. "Everyone here was sitting pretty," Fiona Mullen, a Nicosia-based economist told media representatives, "Cypriot banks did not depend on capital markets for funding and did not invest in complex financial products that felled other institutions." A source at one of the banks, who asked not to be named, said his institution did not have "serious problems with lending", adding that Cypriot banks typically demanded a down payment of 30 per cent for home loans, well above the average in most countries. The rapid expansion after 2008 left Cyprus with a banking system eight times the size of its national output, as its investor friendly tax regime did not tax foreigners' dividends and capital gains, investors were lured from countries like Russia. Figures released by the EU showed 30 per cent (11 billion euros) of Bank of Cyprus' total loan book was wrapped up in Greece by December 2010, as was 43 per cent (or 19 billion euros) of Laiki's, which was then known as Marfin Popular. More striking was the banks’ exposure to Greek debt. At the time, Bank of Cyprus's 2.4 billion euros of Greek debt was enough to wipe out 75 per cent of the bank's total capital, while Laiki's 3.4 billion euros exposure outstripped its 3.2 billion euros of total capital. The close ties between Greece and Cyprus meant the Cypriot banks did not listen to warnings about this exposure. Cypriot banks sold down some of their Greek holdings, but then got back into the market as yields rose. "When the Germans were selling, they were buying," said Apostolides, referring to the German banks' 2011 dumping of Greek bonds. While EU officials are looking for ways to blame Cyprus' banks for the crisis, the case is the EU alone is the reason why Cyprus is in the shape it is in. Had the nation been allowed to continue to make it's own rules that suited its national circumstances this crisis would never have happened. Some commentators and analysts have already asked if what was done was deliberate as the collapse of Greece, Portugal, Ireland and Spain were carefully engineered by Brussels and the Bank for International Settlements. A healthy country that did not have a debt problem and had stayed strong during the 2008 banking crisis was seen as a threat, not to other nations maybe but to the EU itself, quite simply because Cyprus showed that small nations with economies largely base of agriculture and tourism were better off outside the Euro currency system. Cyprus was attached to the German industrial powerhouse and no longer able to manage its own financial affairs, thus the country's financial health failed within 2 years? The real purpose of the EU is now becoming clear. It is about control of the whole European area and control of all the people. It is about having all the people become subjects and debt slaves of the New World Order financial cartel. Vaccine victory: Widespread resistance from parents to HPV jab for daughters shows truth is spreading far and wide

Parents with young daughters are becoming increasingly resistant to government propaganda and bullying from medical professionals aimed at scaring them into allowing their pubescent daughters to be given the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine, according to a new study published in the journal Pediatrics. Based on the latest figures, more than 16 percent of parents in 2010 rejected popular HPV vaccines like Gardasil and Cervarix for their daughters citing major safety concerns, this compared to just 4.5 percent of parents in 2008.

The study, which was put together by a team of researchers from major institutions across the U.S., evaluates current vaccination trends with regards to the various reasons why some parents do not vaccinate their children. After carefully evaluating data compiled as part of the 2010 National Immunization Survey of Teens, the research team learned that parents are increasingly rejecting the HPV vaccine, and specifically for reasons of safety more than anything else.'

One Week To Stop Monsanto Hijacking The Food Supply And Obama Destroying Democracy

Yesterday, in Blach Hat Biotech part 2 my colleague reported on a new law sneaking through the U S Senate under the radar that would give the biggest player in gemetically engineered foods, Monsanto, immunity from prosecution for any human or environmental damage caused by it's products.

Things are moving quickly and with alert US Congressmen organizing to stop this crooked deal cooked up between Monsanto executives and the Obama administration (no doubt in the male bath houses and gay clubs of Chicago which is where the Obama administration does most of its business apparently)Monsanto and the government are pushing things along to try and avoid scrutiny from elected representatives.

'At the same time, government agencies like the FDA go to great lengths to cover up the potential health damage from genetically modified foods, and to keep the consumer in the dark about what they’re really eating. Remember, genetically engineered foods have been linked to obesity, cancer, liver failure, infertility and all sorts of other diseases (brief, must-watch videos here and here).

Things are about to get a lot worse within the next week … unless we stand up and say “NO!”'

George Orwell's Old Employer The New Statesman Comes Out Against Big Brother Press Regulation

The prospect of a deal on press regulation plan stitched up by the three party Fuhrers, Cameron, Miliband and Clegg to end press freedom (and by extension free speech) in Britain. looked more remote this morning after another highly respected publication indicated it would be unwilling to sign up to the voluntary regulatory code.

The New Statesman, a political magazine whose past contributors included George Orwell,the twentieth centry socialist whose novels and essaays warned against a slow drift to fascism as the state extended control over all aspects of human life, joined the growing backlash against the new framework of a Royal Charter 'underpinned' by law to control what the press can and cannot report.

In a editorial published online this morning, the left of centre publication described the framework as “ill-judged, unworkable and, ultimately, wrong”.

It said it would “reserve the right” to continue publishing “without deference” to the new watchdog.

The stance taken by the 100-year-old publication mirrors those being considered by many newspapers, other magazines such as Private Eye and the Spectator and online political bloggers.

It also reflects a growing sense of outrage which is now spreading arounf the whoile world at media corporations in a nation people see as the home of free press selling out on its hard won principles in return for the primse of an easy ride from political parties sympathetic to the idea of a totalitarian global government.

Some of us did try to warn you how an Obama Presidency would work out but we fell short in our estimations of how vile a tyrant this narcissistic, egomaniacal sociopath would turn out to be. Scientists Claim To Have Developed Under The Skin Blood Testing Device - But What Is It eally For?

Scientists claim they have developed a blood-testing device packed with microscopic components that sits under the skin and gives instant results via satellite to ~~a government sureveillance centre~~ health agencies who can send out an emercency team to help anyone feeling 'a bit under the weather'. The Swiss researchers say the devive - half an inch (14mm) long - can simultaneously check for up to five different substances in the blood. We suspect these will be alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, sex hormones and the stuff thsat makes tasty food tasty. If the local Gauleiter suspects you have been enjoying yourself they will be a SWAT team on your tail pronto.

The subtely behind this plan is that it can be sold as being 'for your own good' where previous surveillance state schemes to implant an RFID chip in everybody could only have been aimed at allowing Nazi goons working for the government to kep tabs on us. Let's get real, nothing this or any government does is for our good, if they tell us it is, chances are it's part of the agenda to enslave us all.

The chip is designed to be inserted, using a needle, into the interstitial tissue just beneath the skin of the abdomen, legs or arms. And it could remain there for months before needing to be replaced or removed.

Other researchers have been working on similar implantable monitoring devices, but Prof Giovanni de Micheli and lead scientist Sandro Carrara say their under-the-skin test is unique because it ~~cannot be removede without cutting ourselves open~~ can measure many different markers at the same time.

They say it will be particularly useful for monitoring chronic conditions such as high cholesterol and diabetes as well as tracking the impact of drug treatments such as chemotherapy. Bullshit, people have carried on for years with high cholesterol, the government has no nedd to track their movements and the majority of diabetics, once diagnosed, manage their condition without having to be followed around by government snoopers.

How To Disable An Under Skin RFID Chip

A lot of people are worried about a legally enforced plan to implant RFID chips into everybody as part of the new social engineering program known as Obamacare. Being British I'm not making any comment on that as it does not concern me.

There is a lot of bad information about RFID chips on the web. The government have not been liaising with aliens to develop this technology, it is terrestrial and very simple. Disabling an RFID chip in a credit card, company ID card or passport can be achieved by hitting the chipped item with a hammer, piercing it with a nail or a screwdriver or sticking it in the microwave for thirty seconds. Obviously those items are useful to us and it would be counter productive to destroy them. Simply putting the suspect item in a Faraday cage (i.e. wrapping it in metal foil) will stop it exchanging signals with monitoring devices.

In the case of implanted chips, you would not want to hit yourself with a hammer or cook yourself but it is still easy and very cheap to deal with RFID chips.

Rare earth magnets called Neodymium magnets will nullify chips and can be bought online from retailers like CMS magnets or magnets4less (both Tx) or emagnets or first4magnets (UK should these products suddenly become unavailable in the USA - ) Neodymium magnets are known as the strongest in the world and the kind available for less than $1 from these suppliers can lift 10lbs of steel.

Locate the chip on your body and use surgical tape to fix a magnet in place with the north pole to your skin. A compass will tell you which side of the magnet is north. For chips close to the skin surface leave the magnet in place for 24 hours, for deeper chips (in you back, thigh, butt or implanted in large muscle masses) for 48 hours. This is probably far longer than needed but no sense taking chances.

And a final reassurance, I don't have financial interest in magnet suppliers or manufacturers :-)

Basic story - a girl (16) from across the river was at a party in Steubenville, Ohio.

Two boys - both "Big Red" football stars either noticed, or aided in, her being so drunk she passed out - some reports have said she was also drugged. We know for a fact, they took her clothes off, raped her, and carried her unconscious to multiple parties, where supposedly only the two continued their little 'joy ride' of sticking their fingers in her (no way that was all they did, and no way they were the only two) and talking more pictures.

We know there was a later party, where on individual was recorded making repeated jokes about it - how "dead" she was (by appearance). How she was raped to death - the "laugh-fest" (hosted by Michael Nodianos went on for at least 12 minutes. One joke after another rapid fire.

We also know several adults were either present of made aware and did nothing.

We know numerous kids laughed as it was all happening and cheered them on.

We know they were found guilty in Juvenile court, and one was sentenced for 1 year, and the other to two years, in Juvie.

As if that were not horrifically atrocious enough - now come the leftist CNN reporting on it.

The people at CNN woefully talk of the "tragedy" of the boys lives being ruined by the sentence. How such promising lives were ruined for these two star athletes and scholars. LIves struck down in their prime for a conviction of rape, "essentially"

The terrible stigma they would now carry for being sentenced as sexual predators.

I have followed this trial, because I grew up 20 miles from this town, and was horrified at the crime, and how it was being handled.

My outrage has been, and is huge.

Then I heard of the sentencing, and was outraged again.

Lastly - I heard the CNN report ........... I needed nitro.

My rage at CNN overcame my rage for the sentence.

This was so horrendous, un-human, fully devoid of any slight glimmer of decency, honor, morals, compassion ...............

They deserved no less than a sentence of life, with absolutely no hope of parole - ever.

These are monsters - so far gone, incapable of remorse or re-habillitaion. They showed not ONE shred of decency or remorse, until the verdict and later sentencing. The one that showed the most emotion, in the midst of his crying said "No one will want me now" ...................................................................................

I cant even find words to express my disgust at that.

Once again The Daily Stirrer is disusted by the selfishness and self righteousness of the politically correct left. Their hypocrisy knows no boundaries. Day in and day out we hear attacks on men that suggest we are all rapists, abusers and misogynists from these people whose motives are purely selfish because they only want to be seen to care.

When the moment comes for members of that small minority of men who do rape and abuse to suffer the consequences of their actions, the lefties start wailing and gnashing their teeth about the unfairness of the sentences. We say make hypocrisy a crime.

The graph contained in the embedded page below blows apart claims that'the science is settled' the ‘scientific basis’ for Britain reshaping its entire economy and spending billions in taxes and subsidies in order to cut emissions of greenhouse gases. These moves have already added £100 a year to household energy bills.'

Well there you have it. Global warming stopped almost as soon as it started. The whole panic was manufactued by crooked junk scientists who cherry picked their data from a short period when we had a run of unusually mild winters in the northern hemisphere. Other aspects of the scam such as the relocation of many temperature data collection points from rural areas into urban heat islands have also been exposed as part of the fraud.

Never trust a politician or a scientist. Especially a scientist.

Fabians: Ukip Poses Clear and Present Danger to Labour Election Hopes
Britain’s oldest think tank, the Labour party supporting Fabian Society has released a report detailing the “clear and present danger” that Ukip poses to the party’s 2015 election hopes.

The report, titled Revolt on the Left: Labour’s UKIP problem and how it can be overcome pinpoints five seats deemed to be ‘critical or high risk’ at being lost to Ukip at the next election. And whereas six Conservative seats may be lost to Labour thanks to Ukip influencing the poll, the report has found sixteen such seats that Labour may lose to the Conservatives through an indirect Ukip influence.

The slogan “Vote Ukip, get Labour” is widely used within the Conservative party to scare those of its voters thinking of switching allegiance to Farage’s party with the threat of a socialist Miliband-led government, but Ukip have long protested that they threaten all the Westminster parties.

During his recent Leader’s speech at Ukip’s Party conference, Ukip leader Nigel Farage said his party was “tearing vast chunks” out of Labour’s vote and vowed to park Ukip’s “tanks on the Labour Party's lawn”. The Fabian’s report lends significant credibility to that claim.

The paper’s author, Marcus Roberts, details the Labour Party’s complacency towards Ukip. “Labour can’t agree on whether the problem exists or how big it is, so agreeing on a solution has proved impossible so far,” he laments.

In particular he is critical of the line of thinking that runs: as Ukip takes more votes from Tories than from Labour, the party can safely ignore them and possibly even welcome them as making a Labour victory more likely – an analysis, he warns, that is deeply flawed.

“In simple terms,” he writes, “UKIP may be taking a larger number of Conservative votes but this often occurs in seats where Tory majorities are large enough to absorb the defection. In contrast, Labour as a party of opposition needs to grow its vote dramatically to win the general election. Labour to UKIP defectors make the climb to a constituency majority harder, longer and steeper than it would otherwise be.

New Global Crisis Imminen, New Geneva Report Warns The Geneva Report refers to a “poisonous combination of high and rising global debt and slowing nominal GDP [gross domestic product], driven by both slowing real growth and falling inflation”.
