United States Department of Defense Blocks Millions of Computers From Viewing Alternative News Sites Reports Activist Post.
After a big increase in web traffic to alternative news websites following The Guardian's reporting of the NSA spying story ,(which recieved little unbiased coverage in US mainstream media until the story was impossdible to cover up any more) the leading alternative news sites say traffic has slowed considerably despite the continued public interest in the NSA story as well as other alternative headlines.

Speaking in Dakar, capital of Senegal on Thursday, Obama praised the US Supreme Court’s ruling on same-sex marriage as a “victory for American democracy” but clashed with his African host over gay rights in a sign of how far the homocracy movement has to go internationally.
Obama said recognition of gay unions in the United States should cross state lines and that equal rights should be recognized universally. It was his first chance to expand on his thoughts about the ruling (although it did not actually change anything but upheld the US Consitution which leaves such issues to individual states.) The ruling was issued Wednesday as he flew to Senegal, one of many African countries in which homosexuality is a criminal offence.
Senegalese President Macky Sall responded angrily to Obama’s call for African nations to give gays equal rights under the law.
“We are still not ready to decriminalize homosexuality,This does not mean we are homophobic.” Sall said, while insisting that the country is “very tolerant” and needs more time to digest the issue without external pressure.
But Obama said he wants to send a message to Africans that while he respects differing personal and religious views on the matter, it’s important to have nondiscrimination under the law.
“People should be treated equally, and that’s a principle that I think applies universally,” he said.

Jeremy Hunt, Health Secretary for the Coalition government, has ordered an investigation into the allegations, which he described as "deeply concerning".
Tens of thousands of the "special" drugs are not included in the nationally negotiated NHS price list making it possible for drug companies to manipulate prices.
Sales representatives for several drug firms were secretly recorded by the reporter in the act of offering to provide apparently falsified invoices allowing chemists to bill the NHS for sums far greater than they would spend.

Twenty-first century technology is being governed largely by twentieth century law.
Recent revelations about the National Security Agency amassing massive amounts of data ranging from cell phone records to Internet activity to credit card transactions have, quite rightfully, led many Americans to become concerned about the extent to which our civil liberties are being eroded by government monitoring in the name of “public safety.”
Of course, the government has been engaged in data collection for quite some time. As James Bamford first detailed in his classic 1983 book The Puzzle Palace, the NSA has been engaged in the practice of collecting data for decades now. Theoretically, the agency’s mission was, and indeed still is, supposed to be limited to collecting data on communications between people in the United States and people in foreign nations, especially nations that are potential adversaries of the United States. In reality — even 30 years ago when we were all still communicating via hard-wired telephones and the Internet was still not much more than a research project at DARPA that had begun connecting American universities together — the signals intelligence that the NSA was collecting inevitably ended up including purely domestic communications.
Those of us who have spent any time in hospital recently must have wondered why there have not been more whistleblowers cominbg forward to expose scandals like the Mid Staffordshire Hospital case where deliberate neglecgt of patient care in pursuit of statistical "tagets" amounted to murder.
Well now we know. Instead of spending the hard earned money involuntarily contributed by us poor taxpayers on looking after patients, NHS trusts have been spending it on gloden handcuff deals for retiring executives. These deals offer a handsome payoff in return for signing a non disclosure contract that amounts to a legally binding agreement to not reveal any details of malpractice of mismanagement.
Sir David Nicholson, who is retiring next year after criticism over his role in the Mid Staffs scandal, told MPs in March that he had only come across one of the orders, used for gagging whistle-blowers.
However, figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show that at least 52 staff have been silenced using the orders since 2008, some of which cost as much as £500,000. All are thought to contain confidentiality clauses.
The true number is likely to be higher. A quarter of hospital trusts in England and Wales failed to respond, while the survey did not include GPs, the ambulance service and mental health trusts.
The figures were obtained by Stephen Barclay, a Member of Parliament who sits on the public accounts committee. He will on Wednesday call for Sir David, the chief executive of NHS England, to step down when he returns to appear before the committee.
The NHS chief has been heavily criticised for his role in the scandal at Stafford hospital between 2005 and 2008, when 1,200 patients died after being routinely neglected.

Researchers at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver have discovered medical researchers, pharmaceutical companies and the government have been deliberately concealing information from parents for the sole purpose of depriving them of information to coerce their compliance with an “official” vaccination schedule (a deal between Big Pharma and Big Government). This could be considered as a form of ethical violation or or misconduct but we should not be too hard on doctors and nurses, they have a gun held to their heads too.
Official documents obtained from the UK Department of Health and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) reveal that the British health authorities have been engaging in practices such as publishing false data and passing off manufacturers press releases as independent research, for the past 30 years, apparently for the sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination program.
When the University of British Columbia hosted a symposium to debate vaccination safety in the light of their discoveries, their effort to arouse more critical thinking and open dialogue on the topic ran into even greater opposition than had been anticipted. A number of University's own tenured professors upset that the discussion was taking place in the first place, tried to hijack the procedings and suppress free speech on the topic.
It is deeply disturbing to know that there are people in the academic world so devoted to corporate power and money they will seel their souls that cheaply. Obviously big Pharma find it would serve their interests to silence an opposition to vaccination, and not even keep an open mind to potential dangers.

The propaganda had people so paranoid they feared a few minutes exposure to natural daylight on a dull day would be enough to turn their body into a giant melanoma. Anxious mothers were slathering their children in factor 75, keeping them indoors on sunny days and forcing little gilrs and boys to wear very embarrassing hats.
One of the results was the return of rickets, a disease usually caused by calcium and vitamin D deficiency that was wiped out in the 1930s by better nutrition. Milk, fruit and vegetables and other food can provide calcium but vitamin D is produced naturally within the body by exposure to sunlight. It is called 'the sunshine vitamin' for a reason.
Evolution gave us a need for exposure to sunlight. Mention God or The Book Of Genesis and science fans will start screaming about evolution and how crazy creationists are. But examine the policies those same science fans support and it's clear they don't have a clue how evolutin works. Do they really think we evolved the way we are because The Great Genetic Engineer In The Sky fiddled with our DNA.

The full article goes on to sy that regular, lifelong exposure to sun builds naatural protection against skin cancer but short bursts of intense exposure to UVA or UVB light are dangerous. Think of how much sense that makes. For several million years our ancestors were first hunter gatherers, later farmers working outdoors in the field or tending their livestock. If all the scaremongering was true we would not be here would we. humanity would have been wiped out by skin cancers long before sunscreens were available.
For office of factory workers or people who have to spend most of their time indoors, moderation is the key. take it slowly, don't try to tan in a two week holiday, get out at weekends and in the evening as much as you can.

Energy Minister's amazing Attack On Climate change Sceptics
Emergy Secretary Ed Davey last night launched an attack on ‘dangerous and destructive’ climate change sceptics.
The Liberal Democrat Cabinet minister accused ‘publicity-seeking’ critics of ‘selectively misreading’ the evidence so we can ‘all relax and burn all the dirty fuel we want without a care’.
In a speech at London’s Institute of Physics, he said they had ignored a recent survey that suggests 97 per cent of experts agree on the human link to global warming.
‘Just three per cent question man’s contribution. Three per cent,’ he said.
‘Let me quantify that for you.
If this was a general election vote, 97 per cent of the vote would generate 630 MPs, the three per cent just 20...’
He added: ‘To coin a phrase, “it’s the science, stupid”.’
Mr Davey, who said it was vital for Britain to lead the world by cutting its carbon emissions by 80 per cent by 2050, also blamed the Press for giving an ‘uncritical’ platform to global warming naysayers.
‘This is not the serious science of challenging, checking and probing.
This is destructive and loudly clamouring scepticism born of vested interest, nimbyism, publicity-seeking contraversialism or sheer blinkered, dogmatic, political bloody-mindedness,’ he added.
Unfortunately it is Ed Davey who is dangerous and destructive. Throughout his speech he was talking utter bollocks. What he was banging on about was a recent meta analysis on scientific reports on climate change, The Cook Survey which was discredited within minutes of publication. Davey says:
As an example, a recent survey of over 12,000 peer-reviewed climate science papers provides a startling picture of the consensus that exists in our scientific community.
97% of the climate experts who expressed an opinion agree that human activity is driving global warming.
Just 3% question man’s contribution.

Yes well, the survey did say that but even the most cursory glance at the report showed it was complete fabrication. It gives the impression that 97 per cent of the reports studied unequivocally concluded that CO2 emissons from human activity were responsible for climate change. In fact the executive summary states that while an overwhelming majority acknowledged that the climate is changing only a third offered an opinion as to why. The 97 per cent figure was a complete invention. In order to reach it, the survey had wilfully to mispresent the nature of the science papers it was purporting to meta-analyse. It has no scientific credibility whatsoever.
Therefore to stand at a lectern and invoke it to support of a political initiative to justify the imposition of punitive taxes on energy is a bit like calling on phlogiston theory to support an argument on combustion, or like referring to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion to support the case for a two-state solution in Palestine (h/t James Delinpole for that wisecrack).
But let's take a look at what some authors of research papers The Cook Survey cited as among the 97 per cent that unequivically stated CO2 emissions from human activity said of the way the report presented their work. Don't gove me too much credit here, Watts Up With That did the hard graft for me:
The responses to Cook are eye opening and evidence that the Cook et al. (2013) team falsely classified scientists’ papers as “endorsing AGW”, apparently believing to know more about the papers than their authors.

The papers examined how the rise in atmospheric CO2 could be inducing a phase advance in the spring portion of the atmosphere’s seasonal CO2 cycle. Other literature had previously claimed a measured advance was due to rising temperatures, but we showed that it was quite likely the rise in atmospheric CO2 itself was responsible for the lion’s share of the change. It would be incorrect to claim that our paper was an endorsement of CO2-induced global warming.”
Scafetta: “Cook et al. (2013) is based on a strawman argument because it does not correctly define the IPCC AGW theory, which is NOT that human emissions have contributed 50%+ of the global warming since 1900 but that almost 90-100% of the observed global warming was induced by human emission.
What my papers say is that the IPCC view is erroneous because about 40-70% of the global warming observed from 1900 to 2000 was induced by the sun. This implies that the true climate sensitivity to CO2 doubling is likely around 1.5 C or less, and that the 21st century projections must be reduced by at least a factor of 2 or more. Of that the sun contributed (more or less) as much as the anthropogenic forcings.
The “less” claim is based on alternative solar models (e.g. ACRIM instead of PMOD) and also on the observation that part of the observed global warming might be due to urban heat island effect, and not to CO2.
By using the 50% borderline a lot of so-called “skeptical works” including some of mine are included in their 97%.”
Shaviv: “Nope… it is not an accurate representation. The paper shows that if cosmic rays are included in empirical climate sensitivity analyses, then one finds that different time scales consistently give a low climate sensitiviity. i.e., it supports the idea that cosmic rays affect the climate and that climate sensitivity is low. This means that part of the 20th century should be attributed to the increased solar activity and that 21st century warming under a business as usual scenario should be low (about 1°C).
I couldn’t write these things more explicitly in the paper because of the refereeing, however, you don’t have to be a genius to reach these conclusions from the paper.”
CAGWARTs and Warmageddonists will claim these are only three out of twelve thousand cases. Not true again. They are the three I have quoted of the four thousand that expressed an opinion on what is causing climate change of which around half suggested human actibity was to some extent a contributory factor in clogal warming.
Global warming theory os maded on mathematical models of the earth's atmosphere. Now as a former computer guy I can tell you modeling a rotating sphere, which is subject to alternating surface solar heating, with 70% of the sphere's surgace being oceans and with variable cloud cover over both ocean and landmasses, both with latent heat transfers, with varying albedo and photosynthesis driven CO2 changes, just to name a few of the infinite variables is um, you knoe, impossible.
So let’s reduce this to the primary school level arithments (most people can handle that alyhough it baffles scientists). If we prestent rotating sphere is a disc the day/night insolation cycle is eliminated. This shortcut is “corrected” dividing solar input P/4 which could not possibly give the observed surface temperature but though not close enough for jazz is the best we can do for computer models. To compensate for the errormargin we declare that there is a MAGIC MIRROR IN THE SKY that has no effect on incoming solar radiation, but can capture and reflect the once solar heated surface energy back to control the Earth’s temperature, and from that the weather, and from that the long term “climate”.
You don’t have to be a genius” to realize that some of the “metamorphosis” of logic involved could be flawed. As a matter of fact it is probably better that you are not a genius or the rampant defects and total reliance on guesswork and assumptions would overpower your group think orthodoxy and you would understand 'climate science' is a synonym of bollocks. The 'climate science' promoted by the IPCC is irredeemable flawed, being based on methematical models of reality rather than emprirical observations of reality, as Dr Vincent Gray eloquently details in his New Zealand Climate Newsletter #311 which has just been issued. It is time we voted out of office the politicians who suport this rogue science front group for the cause of global totalitarian government.

Obama Will Sign U.N. Firearms Treaty After It Was Rejected by Senate
In true Imperial style The Emperor Obama has said he will sign an international arms trade treaty that was rejected by the United States Senate. This is a gross violation of the U. S. Consitution and for any President but Obama would certainly result in impeachment and loss off office. As so many times before however, the great constitutional lawyer has shown he holds his country's constitution and the principles of democracy in contempt and believe he can do as he likes. just like the Emperors of ancient Rome.
The United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) establishes regulations for international arms sales. Categories of firearms listed in the treaty includes tanks, artillery, and small arms such as handguns. Defenders of the U S Constiution Second Amendment which grants citizens the right to bear arms fear the treaty will be used to by pass legislative processes and introduce gun controlls The U.N. General Assembly passed the treaty on April 2nd with a vote of 153-4, with the United States voting in favor. Obama has announced he intends to sign the treaty on June 3rd this year.
On March 23rd, Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.) introduced an amendment to prevent the U.S. from entering into the treaty. It passed by a vote of 53 to 46.
Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) tabled another amendment aimed at ensuring “that the United States will not negotiate or support treaties that violate Americans’ Second Amendment rights under the Constitution of the United States.” This amendment was passed by the Senate.
Signatories of the UN treaty are encouraged to keep records on the recipients of imported arms and to introduce domestic legislation to support the treaty’s requirements, according to the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action.
Due to the Senate’s response to the treaty, Obama’s signature will be symbolic at best, any attempt to enforce the terms and conditions would result in lawsuits, constitutional battles with the fifty state governments and administrative chaos in the USA. According to Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, the President “shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present. In this instance President Barack Hussein Obama has gone way beyond what he is legally entitled to do.
Internet Monitoring System To Stalk Social Media Users Who Question Safety Of Vaccines

Anyone who has ever posed a perfectly reasonable question about vaccine policy on the web will have been subjected to hate attacks by the Vaccinutters branch of The Church Of Scienceology. When I say a reasonable question i mean something like this: "I agree measles is a very unpleasant and dangerous disease but why, if government and the medical professions think it is so important that children be vaccinated and parents mistrust MMR do they refuse to make a single vaccine available."
Responses to a question very similar to that (I cannot guarantee that is the exact wording the questioner used) was then accused of wanting to murder children, being a religious fanatic who wanted us to return to primeval squalor, someone who hopes to benefit from selling homeopathic or other quack remedies, or if the forum operates strict commenting standards, just of being stupid, ignorant, not understanding 'science' and therefore not being entitled to express an opinion.
All this comes of course from people who claim to hold a monopoly on intelligence, tolerance, moral rectitude and decency. And they also insist they are rational, logical and employ only evidence based, 'scientific' thinking. Now what evidence is there for concluding that someone who thinks a separate measles vaccination should be available is a Young Earth Creationist any more than for assuming they are an alien abductee or a crack addict?
In future, if you post articles anywhere on the web or links in social media that mention independent scientific studies which identify risks of certain vaccines, or Tweet links to the latest studies tying vaccines to various serious side effects and the vaccine pushers of the world could soon know about it in real time.

The best news is the announcement that Monsanto will halt production of genetically modified corn in all of Europe, except Spain, Portugal and Czech republic. The agribusiness multinational states not to spend any more money on trials, development, marketing, court cases or anything else to get GM corn accepted in Europe.

In Scotland's Brave New World Every Child Will Have A State Nanny

Writing in The Scotsman Stuart Walton, sociology and criminology lecturer at the University of Abertay, Dundee, tells us 'Every child in Scotland is to be assigned a “state minder” from birth under draconian new proposals that would enable the government to spy on families under the justification of preventing “child abuse”.
Referring to a dystopian novel he has written based around the idea of every child being assigned a government mentor, Walton writes “Unfortunately, this dystopian future has arrived a little faster than I imagined, as last week the Scottish Government’s plan to give every child a state guardian from birth was launched.”
“This state-appointed overseer will be a specific, named individual, and every child will have one, from birth. The responsibility for creating this named guardian will fall on the heads of the health boards for the first five years of a child’s life, before being transferred to councils.”'
This Nanny State guardian scheme is a statutory initiative built into the Children and Young People Bill. Children’s minister Aileen Campbell defended the idea against accusations of nanny-statism and bureaucratic dictatorship by claiming it would “make sure there is someone having an overview of what is happening to that child, to make sure that early indicators of anything that would pose a threat or risk to that child are flagged up”. Errrm - like Jimmy Savile being given unrestricted access to care homes for example. Not so long ago there were so many cases coming to light of paedophiles infiltrating the state child care system any sane person would be away the government, at any level is the very last organisation whose employees we would want to be taking an interest in children.
Walton ten reminds us of some of the things that have been deemed child abuse by the bureaucrats.“They include: keeping children off school for a family holiday; the contents of a child’s school lunch box; a re-definition of “bullying” to include a parent shouting at their kid; parents taking their children to church; parents letting their children watch too much TV, parents not letting their children watch TV, parents smoking and so on.
Schools in the United Kingdom are now encouraging children to spy on their parents’ recycling habits and report to teachers any instances of failing to recycle domestic waste in the name of protecting mother earth, which the Daily Stirrer feels is abuse of parents and children . “How many times have you been on a plane to America?” asks the child.
“About 40,” her father responds.
“And how many trees have you planted?”
“No trees.”
“I’m going to tell Miss White.”
The absurd irony of course is that the daughter threatens to inform on her father to the teacher for the “eco-crime” of contributing towards CO2 emissions and not planting trees, when in fact trees absorb CO2 and would die out completely if this “poison” was eliminated from the earth. The writer relates how his child has begun to “spout eco policy with exquisite fervour and zealotry” and how he is regularly confronted and lectured by her about low-energy light bulbs, plastic bags and plane journeys.
“I have begun to feel there are larger forces at work,” he writes. “I suspect I am a pawn in a covert re-education programme. I fear “pester power” is being organized to leverage pro-environmental awareness in parents – we are being bullied by a generation of pint-sized “eco-worriers”.
While the left might consider it a triumph in that war on freedom to have persuaded children spy on and chastise their parents for claimed “eco-crimes,” it betrays not only the absurdity and mindlessness the green zealots but also the creepiness of their political position which not only echoes the Big Brother regime in George Orwell's 1984 but also is a doppleganger of both Nazi and Stalinist social policy.

Unrest may spread across Europe, warns Red Cross chief

Bekele Geleta secretary-general of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) has sounded an urgent warning about what is happening all a round Europe after a week of rioting among the largely immigrant populatioon of the poorer suburbs in Sweden's capital city, Stockholm.
'Rocketing unemployment and poverty in some areas of Europe could lead to rising civil unrest, unless governments take measures to address the humanitarian consequences of austerity measures," Mr. Gelet said in a statement to the UK newspaper The Independent ( http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/unrest-may-spread-across-europe-warns-red-cross-chief-8631698.html?origin=internalSearch ).
Mr. Geleta’s caution comes as police continue to join battle at nightfall in Stockholm with rioters protesting about high unemployment and social deprivation in migrant communities.

Europe has been in its worst slump since the Second World War, with the number of people receiving food aid from the IFRC nearly doubling from 2.3 million in 2009 to 4.1 million today. Always on the lookout for new opportuuities to manipulate you, steal your private data, invade your privacy, control what information you see and what you don't and generally fuck you up the arse with an RPG launcher, Google has devised yet another ingenious way of convincing people to hand over their real-time location data, by offering location specific “reminders” as part of its Google Now feature.
But what does this mean to you? You might well ask. More than you would probably guess.
During the search giant's Google I/O conference for developers in San Francisco yesterday (16 May, 2013), executives announced that Google Now, the voice-recognizing search product intended to work with Google Glass, will soon be available on desktop computers and will interface seamlessly with mobile devices.
Google Now, if you are not familiar with it, is designed to permit users to perform Internet searches by speaking to their computers. The hidden nasty (isn't there always a hidden nasty with new developments in technology these days?) lies in its ability, via Google, to provide both time and location specific reminders to you to, for example, buy Wignalls Wonnderful Widgets from the shop you just happen to be passing. The system functions GPS technology.
Another Google Now feature will provide recommendations on activities to do based on your current location and previous habits. A new Google tool called Activity Recognition will also know if you’re “walking, driving, or biking.”
Is there any advantage in this to any sane person other than maybe some fetishy types who enjoy having a permanent pain in the arse? Do you want Google following you around all day and night telling you what you could be doing (or more likely what you could be consuming). The idea of course is to make us all slaves to technology, unble to think for ourselves or act on our instincts.
“For example, you can, from your desktop at work, tell Google Now: “Remind me to take out the garbage when I get home,” and when it senses through your smartphone that you are back at home, Google Now will send you a reminder,” reports Business Insider.
The program will also access your calendar, if you are fool enough to keep a diary on your computer (Get a filofax) to give you warnings about heavy traffic before you set off on your journey. The radio has done that perfectly well and in a human voice rather than an irritatingly monotone computer voice.
If all this sounds completely invasive, Orwellian and ultimately annoying as hell, then that’s because it is – not for the transhumanist trendies who don’t find Eric Schmidt’s dream of swallowing nano-bots every morning and sending his robotic clone to social functions for a bit of to Google's army of nerds, completely disgusting and revolting but for those of us who still want to retain a vestige of our humanity, basic human companionship.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday in favor of biotech giant Monsanto, ordering Indiana farmer Vernon Hugh Bowman, 75, to pay Monsanto more than $84,000 for patent infringement for using second generation Monsanto seeds purchased second hand—a ruling which will have broad implications for the ownership of 'life' and farmers' rights in the future.

The Supreme Court Justices, who gave Monsanto a warm reception from the start, ruled that Bowman had broken the law because he planted seeds which naturally yielded from the original patented seed products—Monsanto's policies prohibit farmers from saving or reusing seeds from Monsanto born crops.
Farmers who use Monsanto's seeds are forced to buy the high priced new seeds every year.

In my view there is no great public clamour for this level of surveillance. 'France’s National Assembly and Senate have voted to extend the country’s military intervention in Mali. A resolution passed both houses of parliament on April 22. Not a single vote was cast in opposition.
Three days later, the United Nations Security Council approved Resolution 2100, creating a policing mission beginning July 1, 2013. The mission is called by its French acronym MINUSMA. Its projected size is 11,200 soldiers and 1440 police.
France invaded the north of Mali with 4000 soldiers and fighter aircraft on January 11. The Mali government and its French benefactor lost control of the area in 2012 to Tuareg and other national groups fighting for autonomy and independence.'
Once upon a time charities used to raise money by public appeals and such. Following a high level meeting in St. Petersburg, Russia recently China and Russia agree to abandon the US dollar and revert to using their own currencies for bilateral trade, Premier Wen Jiabao and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin announced late on Tuesday (7 May)
Chinese officials said the move reflects closer relations between Beijing and Moscow and is not aimed at challenging the dollar, but is only intended to protect their domestic economies. Yeah, wsell they would say that wouldn't they?
"About trade settlement, we have decided to use our own currencies," Putin said at a joint news conference with Wen in St. Petersburg.
The two countries have for years used other currencies, principanlly the US dollar, for cross border transactions. Since the financial crisis, however, high-ranking officials on both sides began to explore other possibilities. The yuan has now started trading against the Russian rouble in the Chinese interbank market, while the renminbi will soon be allowed to trade against the rouble in Russia, Putin said.
"That has forged an important step in bilateral trade and it is a result of the consolidated financial systems of world countries," he said. The official reason for the meeting was a ceremony for signing 12 documents containing the terms of treaties on a number of trade agreements, including energy cooperation.
The documents covered cooperation on aviation, railroad construction, customs, protecting intellectual property, culture and a joint communique. Details of the documents have yet to be released.
Russia and China are not the only nations to have agreed to drop the US dollar for bilateral trade. In the past year China has concluded similar agreements with Australia, Saudi Arabia, Iran (not a surprise), Venezuela and South Korea.

For example, the Summary of drafts 1,2, & 3 talked about making things easier for “Amateur” varieties. The U.S.A. and it's main allies Britain and France have been quick to ratchet up the war talk in their accusations that the assad regime has used illegal weapons against the "brave freedom fighters opposing the tyrant Assad" as an excuse for stepping up military aid to the Jihadist rebels. Israel meanwhile has jumped the gun a little and has already started bombing Syria because they claim the Assad regime is using chemical weapons in the conflict, though why Israel should be concerned about its arch enemy Syria being embroiled in a bloody civil war that can only lead to the disintegration of the nation is anybody's guess, a United Nations investigation has revealed just the opposite.
The rebels are the ones responsible that have been using sarin gas and other chemical weapons, according to witness statements given to United Nations medical staff and human rights workers.
"The United Nations independent commission of inquiry on Syria has not yet seen evidence of government forces having used chemical weapons, which are banned under international law, said commission member Carla Del Ponte."
"Our investigators have been in neighboring countries interviewing victims, doctors and field hospitals and, according to their report of last week which I have seen, there are strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof of the use of sarin gas, from the way the victims were treated," Del Ponte said in an interview with Swiss-Italian television."
"This was use on the part of the opposition, the rebels, not by the government authorities," she added, speaking in Italian"
Barack Obama and other members of his administration have been eager to point the finger of blame for alleged atrocities in Syria at the Assad regime (which to be fair does not have a good track record on human rights or tolerance of dissidents)while European and other world leaders are continually expressing outrage at suggestions that the Syrian regime is responsible for atrocities and has used chemical weapons in the conflict. The NATO allies have repeatedly made these accusations with no substantiated evidence or reliable intelligence to support them.
While the West continues to insist that the Assad regime is guilty of war crimes, Israel's unprovoked strike against Syria is a clear international crime in direct violation of international law. We ought also to be adding the names of those leading the Syrian rebellion to the list of war criminals. The use of chemical weapons by the allied Syrian rebels is no less a war crime that the illegal wars waged by the west against Afghanistan and the regimes of Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gadaffi, and lower level conflicts in Yemen, Somalia and most recently Mali.
Americans, quite rightly, do not like it if an englishman like myself tells them how their country should be run. Most respect my right to an opinion of policy matters but would not take kindly to my advising Americans they should vote for candidate A rather than candidate B or making my views on American constitutional matters known. Similarly most British people do not appreciate American's telling us what is wrong with our country and how the people of the UK should organise our political affairs. What we can agree on is that the UK and USA must actually be run in accordance with the people's determinations if we are to have any credibility when talking about democracy. Bother Britain and the USA are so far democracies, just about, but they have forgotten the commitment made to the world when the victorious allies of world War 2 took a central role in writing the UN Charter.
Chapter 1 Article 1 of the UN Charter reads (extract);

The legal definition of self determination is as follows;
"The political right of the majority to the exercise of power within the boundaries of a generally accepted political unit, area, or territory." Self determination is defined and made legally binding on the government of the UK in Articale 21 of the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
" The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures."
The peoples of the UK, the USA and Europe cannot expect to continue to enjoy their primary human right to self determination and at the same time be governed by people who are quite happy to deny that right to other nations. Peace and political stability cannot be achieved through international treaties agreed by unelected bureaucrats and rubber stamped by elected leaders.
Just as those "progressives" who call for the courts to overturn democratic votes against same sex marriage are not liberals or democrats, so the nations of a powerful alliance that wages war to effect the downfall of governments it does not like cannot call themselves democracies.
Stable government must be constructed by majority will in strict accordance with the the basis human freedom that is their right to self determination. In a true democracy governments rule by the consent of the people. The alternatives are certain bloody revolution, economic stagnation and the very real possibility of eventual war with what is left of the free world. The report, titled Revolt on the Left: Labour’s UKIP problem and how it can be overcome pinpoints five seats deemed to be ‘critical or high risk’ at being lost to Ukip at the next election. And whereas six Conservative seats may be lost to Labour thanks to Ukip influencing the poll, the report has found sixteen such seats that Labour may lose to the Conservatives through an indirect Ukip influence.
The slogan “Vote Ukip, get Labour” is widely used within the Conservative party to scare those of its voters thinking of switching allegiance to Farage’s party with the threat of a socialist Miliband-led government, but Ukip have long protested that they threaten all the Westminster parties.
During his recent Leader’s speech at Ukip’s Party conference, Ukip leader Nigel Farage said his party was “tearing vast chunks” out of Labour’s vote and vowed to park Ukip’s “tanks on the Labour Party's lawn”. The Fabian’s report lends significant credibility to that claim.
The paper’s author, Marcus Roberts, details the Labour Party’s complacency towards Ukip. “Labour can’t agree on whether the problem exists or how big it is, so agreeing on a solution has proved impossible so far,” he laments.
In particular he is critical of the line of thinking that runs: as Ukip takes more votes from Tories than from Labour, the party can safely ignore them and possibly even welcome them as making a Labour victory more likely – an analysis, he warns, that is deeply flawed.
“In simple terms,” he writes, “UKIP may be taking a larger number of Conservative votes but this often occurs in seats where Tory majorities are large enough to absorb the defection. In contrast, Labour as a party of opposition needs to grow its vote dramatically to win the general election. Labour to UKIP defectors make the climb to a constituency majority harder, longer and steeper than it would otherwise be.
